Taraba council enforces 24-hour curfew in Karim Lamido, affected communities

Virginia Baba Bambur ordered security agencies to enforce the curfew after fresh attacks left several people dead and displaced residents in affected communities.

The Executive Chairperson of Karim Lamido local government council of Taraba state, Virginia Baba Bambur, has announced the imposition of a 24-hour dusk-to-dawn curfew in Karim town, Didango, and other affected communities following a surge in violence and unrest across the area.
