Syracuse woman shot at Cortland County mobile home park; man charged

Preble, N.Y. — State police say a Syracuse woman was shot this weekend at a mobile home park in Cortland County.Troopers responded to the Tully Trailer Park in the town of Preble shortly after 7 p.m. Saturday after they received a report of shots fired. When they arrived, troopers found a 26-year-old woman inside a home with a gunshot wound to the upper body, according to a state police news release.
