The massive night attack on Ukrainian cities and communities once again proves that it is Russia, not Ukraine, that is an obstacle to peace, said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.

The High Representative of the European Union, Kaja Kallas, denounced on Thursday Russia's massive air strike against the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, which has left nine dead and 70 injured, pointing out that Russia's actions are a "bitch" to the negotiating efforts and show that Moscow is the "real obstacle" to achieving peace.
