Switzerland wants to shoot one in three wolves: too many goats and sheep are prey

Switzerland, home to around 300 wolves, has ordered the shooting of 12 out of 32 wolf packs. Roughly speaking, that means that politicians want to eliminate a third of the animals. But that's easier said than done. “Shooting a wolf means enduring winter nights at -15 degrees.”
