The government wants to do more to stop misleading and aggressive telephone sales – including after criticism of the Social Democrats' lottery operations.

Many companies are failing in their telephone sales, a new review by the Swedish Consumer Agency shows. The government now wants the agency to investigate whether a ban on telephone sales should be introduced in certain areas.
