PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man accused of shooting a person multiple times early Thursday morning has turned himself in to Yamhill County deputies, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputies responded to a residence on SW Lachance Road in rural Grand Ronde and found a homeowner aiding the victim, a Sheridan man, until medics arrived.
