Survivors of police officers and soldiers will receive a one-time allowance

Survivors of police officers and soldiers will receive a supplement to the death benefit. It will be a one-time social benefit of 50,000 euros. It is to be paid automatically together with the death benefit. This follows from the amendment to the Act on Social Security for Police Officers and Soldiers, which came into effect on May 1.
