Survey launched to create first industry benchmark for instructor-led training
The survey asks providers about pricing, delivery formats and AI use, and 67% say instructor-led training drives most of their revenue, Arlo said.
Arlo has launched the 'State of Instructor-Led Training' survey to establish the sector's first dedicated industry benchmark for providers managing face-to-face, virtual, or blended courses.
CEO ArloChris Teeling noted that providers make staffing and pricing decisions without industry-wide insight, saying "The question we hear most from providers is 'is it just us?'"
Figures released by Arlo show that 67% of training providers report instructor-led training accounts for the bulk of their revenue, while 61% indicate private training drives profitability.
Developed with an advisory panel of industry practitioners, the report will be produced in partnership with The Training Marketplace, which will contribute buyer behaviour data.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, with findings scheduled for publication in November; participants will be entered into a draw to win a US$500 Amazon gift card.
