The Community Risk Management Plan sets out the priorities that will be focused on between now and 2030. It takes into account a number of factors including a population of over 1 million people in Surrey, 87 high rise buildings, 105 Grade I listed buildings, and the fact that in every five people in Surrey are over the age of 65.
