Over 65 miles of busy roads will be treated with a surface coating to make them safer and help stop potholes forming.
The work is designed to make roads last longer and reduce the need for bigger repairs later on.
It forms part of a wider £300m plan to improve roads and pavements across Surrey by 2028.
