In Supaul's Chhatapur police station area, friends murdered their friend Sulchan Mukhiya for just 10,000 rupees and a mobile phone. Sulchan, who had been missing since October 5th, was invited by the accused on the pretext of a party. During the party, a dispute arose over wages.
