- From his base in Dubai, Shravin Mittal will ensure continuity with the founding family and maintain connections with the Airtel Money Board. His appointment aligns with the company's established relationship agreement.
- As part of the ongoing succession, Non-Executive Director Annika Poutiainen will also retire at the July AGM after serving over seven years. The transition aims to strengthen services across 14 African countries.
