Summit golf places 11th at regional golf tournament; Melby qualifies for 4A state tournament

The Summit High School boys golf team has adjusted to the change and hardly missed a stroke this fall. After three seasons of serving as the head coach of the golf program, Ryne Scholl announced his departure and was soon replaced by head golf professional at Copper Mountain Resort, Zach Dobrota. At the Butch Braswell Invitational in Salida, sophomore Hogan Tobias led the team, shooting a score of 74 to be crowned the tournament champion.
