Summerville Man Arrested After Public Disturbance

A Summerville man was arrested earlier this month after allegedly causing a loud public disturbance that drew complaints from neighbors on Maplewood Drive. According to the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, 41-year-old Rodney Marvin Hines was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
