NEW PHILADELPHIA – A 25-year-old Sugarcreek man who allegedly shot into a Dundee residence after making threats has been indicted by the Tuscarawas County Grand Jury. Trevor Judd faces six counts, including discharging a firearm into a habitation, using weapons while intoxicated and aggravated menacing.
