Sudan is "a condensed of the worst things that have happened in the world," said the Sudanese Minister for Social Affairs to our colleagues at Agence France-Presse. According to Sulaïma Ishaq al-Khalifa, it is women who are the first victims of the conflict that has been between the army and the paramilitaries since April 2023.
