A hearing was held in Luxembourg on Tuesday before the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the EU on the request of the Croatian Constitutional Court to issue a preliminary ruling on whether the legal solution by which the Chief State Attorney resolves the conflict of jurisdiction between the EPPO and national state attorneys' offices is in accordance with EU law.
