WARREN TWP., Ohio (WKBN) -- A portion of Dover Avenue SW is closed due to a water line break. The road is closed between Highland Avenue and state Route 45. Water main break shoots water into air along busy Delaware road

A broken water main sent water shooting into the air along a New Castle County, Delaware, roadway during the Wednesday morning commute. Water main break cuts water to Litchfield Towers, Amos Hall

Pitt Police said a water main break on O’Hara Street has affected Central Oakland and left several dorms on campus without water on Tuesday night. According to Pitt Police, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is on the scene to address the break.
