Students Celebrate 'Phenomenal' GCSE Results at Top York School
Many students are moving on to Daventry Sixth Form, college and apprenticeships after strong results across core subjects and top grades.
On Thursday, students at The Parker E-ACT Academy in Daventry and schools nationwide collected their GCSE results, marking the completion of a significant educational milestone.
Executive Headteacher at The Parker E-ACT Academy Nina Smith credited achievements to student determination and emphasized that results reflect support from staff and families.
Excellent outcomes emerged across subjects, with 50% of students at All Saints achieving grades 7-9 in Religious Education and 70% earning grade 4 or higher in double science.
Young people are now preparing for diverse post-16 pathways; student Gabi Ursan secured five grade 9s and two grade 8s and will study Physics, Business and Maths next year.
Principal Mark Poston of Portslade Aldridge Community Academy described results day as a 'fantastic opportunity to celebrate,' emphasizing these grades represent the start of a new chapter.
