Manrara Confirms She's 'No Longer a Part' of Strictly
Janette Manrara announced she is "no longer a part" of Strictly Come Dancing or its spin-off It Takes Two, ending her 13-year tenure with the BBC show.
Following the departure of long-time hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman at the end of last year, the program is undergoing a massive shake-up ahead of the 2026 series.
New hosts Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe, and Johannes Radebe will lead the autumn series, while professional dancers Karen Hauer and Gorka Marquez will not return.
Embracing the change, Manrara stated she is "free to pursue other projects," asking, "Oh, we're going into a different world, a different space, how are we going to navigate that?".
While the line-up changes, Manrara's husband Aljaz Skorjanec remains confirmed to return as a professional dancer this year, with the show described as a "beautiful platform" for performers.
