According to information from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 1:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025, the center of storm Kalmaegi was located in the sea east of the central Philippines. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 12 (118-133 km/h), gusting to level 15. The storm moved west-southwest at a fast speed of about 25 km/h.
