Steven Carl Mayer, 68, of Timberon, New Mexico, died Nov. 1, 2026. He was a Navy veteran. He was born Jan. 15, 1969, in Bluffton, to Donald and Dorothy Mayer; they preceded him in death. He was also preceded by siblings Kenneth Mayer, Ronald Mayer and Arlene Mayer. He is survived by his siblings, Janet Harshman and Allan Covey, and sisters-in-law, Patricia Mayer and Pat Mayer, and many nieces and nephews. There will be no public services.
