Heavy rainfall has led to localized flooding across parts of southeastern Manitoba, with Steinbach seeing more than 100 millimetres of rain between Thursday and early Friday morning. According to the Manitoba Ag Weather Network, Steinbach received 106.1 millimetres of rain, including 53.3 millimetres since midnight.
