The main topic of the discussions was the contribution of the visiting agitas to European football and the challenges associated with collective bans.
The European Football Association (UEFA), European clubs, Football Supporters Europe and the European Leagues have supported a Council of Europe recommendation that collective bans on away fans should only be an exceptional measure and not a routine response to incidents, UEFA announced today.
