MANHEIM, Pa. (EYT) – After completing approximately 27 weeks of training, 49 new troopers were welcomed to the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) on Friday by Commissioner Colonel Christopher Paris during the 174th Cadet Class graduation at LCBC Manheim.
