The State of Play in September recorded lukewarm interest and the lowest number of viewers for Sony in 2026, well below expectations.September began with several news at the PlayStation home. Sony created a new edition of the State of Play dedicated to the upcoming video games. Public interest was skyrocketing; however, the expectations of the PlayStation fans were not fully respected, given the absence of clamorous announcements.
