Decree No. 485 of 29 December 2025, published in the Official Gazette, extends the state of emergency throughout Tunisia from 1 to 30 January 2026. In force since 24 November 2015 following a terrorist attack in Tunis, the state of emergency had already been extended one last time in January 2025 for a period of 12 months.
