The Women’s Institute spent 15,000 euros on catering offered at the Prado Museum on 7 February, in the celebration of the institutional event on the occasion of International Women’s Day. The event was closed by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez. “If today they asked a woman where in the world she would like to be born, grow and live, I am convinced that one of her first options would be Spain, it would be,” she said in her speech.
