TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ, Chiapas; August 5, 2026.- The Permanent Commission in the State Congress gave legislative procedure and approved the proposal of the governor Eduardo Ramírez Aguilar to appoint José Eduardo Morales Montes, as a judge of the High Court of Justice of the State of Chiapas. Therefore, once the appointment was approved, the parliamentary body took the protest of rigor to the now judge.
