Several footpaths to Ljubljana Castle will be closed until Friday due to tree felling

Today, they are starting to cut down trees on the Castle Hill in Ljubljana with the help of a helicopter. Due to the cutting, several footpaths will be closed until Friday between 7:30 and 17:00, and the castle will be accessible only by funicular, which will run between 9:00 and 22:00. The road of the Slovenian Peasant Uprisings, which leads to the castle, will be closed for the entire duration of the work.

Danes začenjajo sečnjo drevja na Grajskem griču v Ljubljani s pomočjo helikopterja. Zaradi sečnje bo do petka med 7.30 in 17. uro zaprtih več pešpoti, grad pa bo v tem času dostopen izključno z vzpenjačo, ki bo vozila med 9. in 22. uro. Cesta slovenskih kmečkih uporov, ki vodi na grad, bo zaprta ves čas trajanja del.
