STA: Fraport posts loss in first quarter

German airport operator Fraport, which also operates Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, recorded a loss of EUR 26.4 million in the first quarter of this year, compared to a profit of EUR 12.7 million in the same period last year. Revenues were also lower, falling by 2.4 percent to EUR 868.5 million.

In the first weeks of the year, airports are becoming less and less frequent. German locations are also suffering from high costs. The Frankfurt operator is also feeling this.
