STA: Formation of new Kosovo government stalled for several weeks

Kosovo is still without a parliament speaker and a new government almost three months after the elections. On Thursday, the ninth attempt to convene a new assembly failed, as the candidate nominated by the winning party in the parliamentary elections once again failed to receive enough support. If there is no agreement between the parties, the country faces new elections.
