On 1 July, the specialised State Prosecutor's Office filed charges at the Ljubljana District Court against eight persons for the murder of 35-year-old Danijel Božić and the attempted murder and kidnapping of Žarko Tešanović and aiding in these acts. Among the accused are also alleged members of the Caucasian clan, the newspaper Večer reported.
