Springville officials are exploring options to shorten or end the city’s contract with Flock Safety after an audit found a police officer had misused the camera system and a review determined the service did not justify its cost.Mayor Austin Phillips discussed the contract during the August 3 City Council work session and said the review follows public concerns about the city’s use of Flock license plate reader cameras.
