Pianist and doctor, Arshid Azarine created the Spring of Persian Jazz at the musical Seine, in Boulogne (Hautes-de-Seine), in order to bring young artists from the underground Tehran. Percussed by the ongoing conflict, this 4th edition, which takes place Wednesday, April 1, gives the festival a special reach.
