The artificial turf pitch at football club Sporting Keiem in Diksmuide has shrunk by nearly 4 meters in three years. During a recent re-inspection, the length measured around 98 meters, whereas it was 102 meters at the opening in 2023. The pitch is also too short according to official guidelines, but Voetbal Vlaanderen is allowing an exception for this season. "This is very peculiar," reacts chairman Tony Vandercruyse.
