Spending on Pulaski County’s homeless housing project hits $9.2 million | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

The 400 tiny houses planned for a Pulaski County village for homeless people are expected to cost a total of $20 million. That is on top of $9.2 million the county has spent so far on Providence Park and more than $2.5 million being considered for street construction in the community.
