Speeding driver faces charges in crash that seriously injured 2 people, authorities say

A Hackensack man has been arrested and charged more than three months after a high-speed collision in Jersey City that left three people injured.Antony Pena-Ceri, 36, was arrested Friday at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus and faces one count of assault by auto, according to a statement from the office. He was released pending his first court appearance.
