MONROE COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is scheduled to reduce the speed limit on eastbound State Road 46 on or after Tuesday, March 31, in Ellettsville.The school zone speed limit will be reduced from 30 mph to 25 mph between 2nd Street and Paul Street.
