Speed and Acceleration program continues to develop in Devils Lake

DEVILS LAKE — Progress has continued with Devils Lake’s new Speed and Acceleration program. It was one of several topics discussed at Monday’s monthly Devils Lake Park Board meeting at Dockside Entertainment.
