POLK COUNTY— A Spartanburg man was arrested in Polk County on Wednesday on charges of trafficking fentanyl, according to court records. Timothy Wayne Foster, 60, of Spartanburg, was arrested June 17 and charged with two felony counts of trafficking fentanyl and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
