Under the code name "The Seven Sisters" the new SparkyLinux version 8.0 is running. It is based on the still quite fresh Debian 13.0 ("Trixie"). Apart from that, despite the release jump, the developers mainly operated product maintenance. Sparky Linux can be installed with the "sparky-installer" on the command line. Just that assistant can now automatically partition the disk.
