Europe is gaining a new budget airline. Starting in December, the Spanish airline Fly2Galicia will fly from Santiago de Compostela, in the Spanish region of Galicia, to eight European destinations and three other Spanish cities. The airline is starting ticket sales at a time when budget airlines are under pressure.
