The Spanish data protection authority reported the first incident in the country in which an autonomous artificial intelligence agent accessed files with personal information and invoices. The case, which included scanning vulnerabilities and reading and writing permits, led the AEPD to request an immediate review of security models in the face of attacks capable of advancing at an unprecedented rate.
