The Valencian food company Vicky Foods has reached an agreement with Adam Foods for the acquisition of the emblematic bakery brand, Panrico. The operation, with reach in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, comprises both the teaching and its key industrial asset: its production center in Gulpilhares, Portugal. This facility, of more than 50,000 m2, has three production lines specialized in mould bread and an annual capacity of 21,000 tons.

The Spanish Vicky Foods will acquire the Panrico panning brand, including the production centre in Gulpilhares, Portugal, having reached the Adam Foods agreement, has been announced today.
