South Euclid’s home building boom may continue with proposed 32-townhome Trebisky Grove project

Summary by Cleveland
South Euclid City Council will hold a public hearing sometime within the next 30 days so that resiednts can give their thoughts on a 32-townhome development plan proposed for five acres off Trebsisky Road, between Monticello Boulevard and Ammon Road. Homes were proposed for the vacant site 20 years ago, but that plan was met with some objections. The financial crisis from that era prevented its construction.
