South Euclid police cite owner of plowing business for allowing man to plow with no driver’s license

SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- Officers checked on a plow truck clearing snow in the former CVS parking lot Dec. 10 without a valid permit displayed and found the driver to have no license or any identification.The Painesville man, 19, gave different names during the investigation. He later admitted that he had come into the country unlawfully from Mexico about four years ago.
