South Carolina State has fired athletic director Stacy Danley effective immediately, the school said in a statement on Aug. 9.

ORANGEBURG, S.C. – South Carolina State University fired athletics Stacy Danley, effective immediately, on Tuesday.The school made the announcement Tuesday night.
