Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – A South Carolina business owner and trucker pleaded guilty in federal court to negligent discharge of pollutants into a Fayette County Creek in federal court. Dennis West crashed on the West Virginia turnpike in August of 2022. He was hauling a corrosive chemical commonly used in cleaning products and other industrial applications.
