South Carolina Highway Patrol urges caution while driving in light of Highway 22 crash

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- After a fatal crash on a busy South Carolina highway, officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol are reminding drivers to be aware on the roads. Cpl.
